In 2001, Elaine joined in partnership with  US friends who were skilled in sustainable land development, permaculture, and farm forestry. ReGenesis Enterprises was launched and the ReGenesis Farm, was born.  an incubator for innovative agricultural systems, and an incubator, though I didn’t know it at the time, for the study of the energetics of multi-dimensional business.

 In 2010, , the ReGenesis Farm was sold.  Much had been accomplished.  A unique bio-recycling project that  transformed biological ‘waste’ from the local restaurants and green grocers, into valuable ‘resource’ or compost for use in replenishing the farm’s depleted soil had been created.  The first wind turbine in our shire, had been built  Depleted pastureland was transformed into a rich, verdant market garden and lush tree plantation.  Thousands of regeneration trees were planted to aid the land’s ability to transform and assist the regeneration of  the rainforest that once existed in that spot.  It looked like we were running an organic farm, a market garden, a composting and recycling operation, a citrus orchard and a eucalyptus and hard wood plantation, when in reality, we were in the business of transformation, transformation of people, places and systems.  Everything undertaken at ReGenesis was about change, transformation, and evolution. And, all who were connected to ReGenesis, in any way, opened their consciousness and were changed by the experience. 

After nine years of hard work, great fulfillment, huge challenges and an enormous amount of  learning, it was time for the Farm to move on to its next rightful owner.  Everyone at ReGenesis wishes the new owner well as he moves forward in the creation of the next chapter in the development of the ReGenesis Farm.
